Hip new hotel in a relatively new area of Phoenix. The rooms with even water pressure and working lamps, as for instance, attentive and efficient staff by that person or by the manager. Favourable location for visiting restaurants and bars.

The staff is very attentive. Clean and good facilities. Still not close to the centre, there are restaurants and shops in the vicinity for shopping
They don't have wi-fi, you have to pay extra for it. It's kind of far from the center.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Good value for money.
The soundproofing of the rooms. But for one or two nights it's not a big problem either!
