Hip new hotel in a relatively new area of Phoenix. The rooms with even water pressure and working lamps, as for instance, attentive and efficient staff by that person or by the manager. Favourable location for visiting restaurants and bars.

The staff is very attentive. Clean and good facilities. Still not close to the centre, there are restaurants and shops in the vicinity for shopping

They don't have wi-fi, you have to pay extra for it. It's kind of far from the center.

This hotel is a bit run down, nonetheless its location is marvellous and staff are amicable.

I found the mattress to be exceptionally comfortable and the towels were lovely. The room was quite quiet, which made my stay really relaxing, but the bathroom definitely needs some attention.

This place is nice, and provides everything I need like free parking, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. Staff helped me with my room issue even at night, which I appreciate a lot.

I've stayed at premier inns metro for over 5 years, and it's been great. The hotel is close to stores and restaurants. The new management has made positive changes, and the staff has been friendly and accommodating. I appreciate how cute they are, which really stands out.
